Job Description
We are looking for a comic lettering expert for a new historical fiction comic book series based in the Persia/Afghanistan/Hindustan regions. It's a journey of a prince who looses everything, and then with the help of his Islamic heritage, Quranic verses for insight and inspiration, and great company, slowly builds himself back up. Lots of battles, political intrigue, tragedy, comic relief, etc.
The high level story writing is done, we are now working on the dialogues and framing. We have an illustrator, and we are looking a comic lettering person to help with the English, we have a calligrapher for the Arabic.
We hope this will be a long term engagement, at least 3-6 months, and if the series takes off, then much longer God willing.
