Hulda is the member of the Council that Myra saw in her vision. He is a telepath and his plan consists of evolving his power to control minds and achieve to command the Galaxy Eater to become the ultimate ruler. He developed a protoype neuroheadset that allows him to control other people’s mind for a few seconds.

Hulda è il membro del Consiglio che Myra ha visto nella sua visione.
