Luca Malisan

Luca Malisan is a professional 2D/3D artist born in 1980 and living in Friuli, in the north eastern Italy.
His professional career started in comics as colorist, and continued as penciler and inker for the main publishers in France (Glènat, Soleil, Delcourt, Humanoides Associès), Italy (Sergio Bonelli, Panini) and USA (Marvel).
Currently for Delcourt is the artist of the "polar" police series “Flic à la P.J.”, written by Corbeyran, and for Kamiti is the artist of the horror/thriller "Bestial", written by Corbeyran. He's also artist for the “Dragonero” medieval fantasy series for Sergio Bonelli Editore in Italy.
He studied IT engineering and then followed a more artistic path. He’s still very interested in technology and how to create digital art with it. He teaches digital techniques, in particular Blender (he's a BIACT - Blender Italian Association Certified Trainer) and 3D VR techniques. He runs a YouTube channel specialized in 2D/3D art tutorials.
He cooperates with animation, videogame, advertising and web agencies, as an Environment and Character Concept Artist, 3D modeler, rigger, animator, and Three.js developer.
